Poster session and awards
Students must present their work in poster format on the days outlined in the school program to provide information about their contributions. Posters must be produced with 90 cm wide and 120 cm lenght with the school template (see available layouts below). The best student presentations will be awarded. Presentations by professors are optional.

To access the poster template, download the file on the link above and open it on Google Slides. Upload the file and select one of the two layouts from the top menu, as shown in figure below. Only title, author’s name and affiliations are editable. Your poster must contain the following sections: abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results and discussions, conclusions, and references.

Poster printing instructions
Due to baggage check restrictions imposed by the airlines, which in many cases make it impossible to transport posters, the organizing committee recommends the poster printing according the following instructions.

- Value: R$110.00 to be paid by the student or their institution
- The file must be sent up to June, 30th

The organizing committee will be responsible for bringing the posters to the event venue, as long as they were sent within the deadline suggested above.
